Chain, Chain, Chain
Chains for pendants… bracelets… earrings… necklace extenders and more! Having a few chain patterns in your repertoire can be a last minute lifesaver and open your mind to other creative designs. Using basic wire working techniques, a variety of metal types and gauges, and specialty pliers, we will journey through chain making to create two variations of horseshoe links, an infinity link, a cotter pin link and a closed loop link chain. You will create 3 or more different bracelets while learning fundamental wire handling skills, work hardening, and finishing techniques. You will also receive ideas for a variety of applications, all without having to use a torch! This class is limited to eight students. Tools will be available for use.

Michele’s jewelry is sold at juried art shows in Ohio, and through local shops.
