In this fun one day workshop, create a custom set of heavy gauge bangles for yourself or someone else. Widely versatile by stacking or wearing individually, you will always be in style. Learn bangle making basics of how to size, solder, shape and embellish up to three different bangles of your own design. Students will also explore forming, light forging, and custom embellishments. This is a great introduction to jewelry making fundamentals including filing, soldering with a gas fueled torch, metal forming, surface finishing, and patinas. Tools will be available for use. All levels are welcomed and no metalworking experience is required (ages 16 and up)

Materials Fee: Material for brass & copper bangles with silver embellishment included.
Students wishing to make silver bangles may provide own material or pre-order through the studio.
This in studio class is limited to eight students.
