Photopolymer Plate Textures for PMC
Use your own drawings or designs to make your own unique PMC texture plates! In this one day workshop learn about photopolymer plates, and how to use them to create endless designs with metal clay or polymer clay. You will be guided step by step through the creation of your own texture plates from beginning to end. Instructions on how to prepare artwork will be covered. Students may choose from a selection of prepared designs, or you may prepare your own simple designs before class using the guidelines below. Then we will use metal clay with your plates to make wonderful patterned jewelry. This class is limited to eight students. Tool kits will be available for use. All levels are welcome, and no metalworking experience is required (ages 16 and up).

Class Fee: $130
Materials Fee: $50.00 includes 15 g of PMC3, polymer plates, and optional jewelry findings.
Instructor: Terri Hickey
• Artwork should be no larger than 3x5.
• All line artwork must be in black and white.
• Lines must be solid (no fine shading), and no less than 1 mm wide.
The instructor has the right to inform a student if they do not think that the artwork will create a usable photopolymer plate texture.
